    All of our stated prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery fees (except for trade account deliveries)

    Orders that weigh over 2kg and/or measure over 900mm in length may be subject to a surcharge for deliveries to the following UK regions:

    • Scottish Grampians (All AB postcodes) 

    • Scottish Highlands (All IV, KW, FK (19-21), KA (27-30), PA (20-40) and PH (8-50) postcodes)

    Pallet deliveries of approximately 5+ doors (excluding cabinet and louvre doors) to the following areas may also be subject to surcharges:

    Please note that surcharge pricing may vary depending on your order and your region. Surcharges are capped at £50.00 (excluding pallets). Please contact us for detailed pricing for your order if you wish to receive delivery to any of the above areas. 

    Please be advised that orders for 2 or more doors may be delivered using a palletised service.
    This service will only deliver your order to the road/kerbside as close to your property as possible using a tail lift, and the courier will not be able to assist with the unloading of the doors from the pallet itself. The pallet will not be taken away by the courier. The courier will be asked to contact you ahead of delivery, therefore a valid telephone number will be required. All palletised deliveries require a signature to confirm that the goods have been delivered without damage. Should this delivery arrangement not be suitable for you, or in the event of there being access restrictions to your delivery address, please contact us prior to placing your order. Please read our delivery policy for further information.

    On the rare occasion an item offers a Collection Only service and cannot be delivered using traditional methods, the item will have a Collection Only message displayed next to the price on that particular listing.

    Returns Policy

    We would love all our customers to be happy with their purchases. However, should you wish to return your order for any reason, please read the following:
    • Returns are accepted with the exception of Special Order items, if they are sent back to us in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt

    • All goods MUST be inspected for any damage in accordance with our Delivery Policy, and we kindly request that any claims for damage be reported via email to us within 48 hours of receipt but within a maximum of 30 days from receipt. Where there is evidence of damage to the outer transit packaging you must mark the delivery as “Damaged“ when signing for it

    • Should you choose to return your order for reasons other than damage/defect, please include a completed returns form within your parcel

    • No statutory cancellation rights apply to products that have been specifically made to your requirements, design or measurements

    • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of any returned items
