You should understand that by ordering any of our goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for your future reference. 


  • All products on the website are available for sale to residents of United Kingdom only. We do not accept orders from or deliver products to individuals outside of this territory.
  • In order to satisfy certain legal requirements and ensure that the delivery of the products can be made effectively and safely we need to be sure of certain pieces of information about you.
  • By placing an order through our site, you confirm and acknowledge that:
        i. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
        ii. You are at least 18 years old;
        iii. You are resident in the United Kingdom; and
        iv. You are accessing our site from that country


  • All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and goods are sold under English law
  • The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time and included on your Order Acknowledgement, except in cases of obvious error
  • Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Acknowledgement


  • Delivery of all goods is subject to terms set out in our Delivery Policy
  • All goods are shipped either by a professional distribution courier company or by our own vehicles. Orders can be collected by you from our warehouse but you should always check availability before arriving at our showroom
  • All lead times for delivery are estimates only. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimate, we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated time-scale. We therefore recommend that you make arrangements for tradespeople to carry out any required work on your behalf only AFTER you have received the goods.
  • If we are unable to make a delivery because delivery is refused or missed at the delivery address you may incur a re-delivery charge, as we have fulfilled our obligations to you.


  • We make every effort to offer only products that are available and in stock. However if a product is not available, we will notify you on receipt of your order and will reimburse your payment if you chose to cancel the order
  • Any products made to measure from information provided by the customer are non-returnable


  • Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you upon dispatch of the goods to you with an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched (the 'Order Dispatch e-mail'). The contract between us ('Contract') will only be formed when we send you the Order Dispatch e-mail.
  • The Contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Dispatch e-mail. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in your Order Dispatch e-mail.

  • You will be responsible for the care of the goods once they are delivered (for example, you should store the goods securely and safely and you should insure the goods). We will NOT be responsible for any damage caused from incorrect storage handling and installation
  • Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges

  • These terms of sale and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
  • We have the right to revise and amend these terms of sale from time to time, for example to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities 
  • You will be subject to the policies and terms of sale in force at the time that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Order Acknowledgement (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the goods)


  • If the courts decide that any part or wording in these terms of sale is illegal, invalid or unenforceable then that part or wording shall be deleted from the agreement and the rest of the terms of sale shall remain in force.
  • All contracts formed, sales made and legal disputes arising through the use of this website shall be governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms of sale or use of our site.
  • These terms can conditions shall apply to all internet sales made by Webestores Ltd and by placing an order with us you are accepting these terms and conditions.
